Your work will directly improve the support experience and ensure every article reflects a consistent, trusted voice. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to keep content aligned with product launches and customer needs.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Create and maintain Help Center articles and how-to guides.
- Revise content alongside product releases for accuracy.
- Translate complex workflows into step-by-step documentation.
- Enhance articles with visuals and consistent formatting.
📋 Requirements
- 3-4+ years creating knowledge content for SaaS products.
- Experience working in fast release cycles within a startup.
- Background in customer service or support workflows.
- Excellent writing and editing skills for non-technical audiences.

- Light graphic design or multimedia editing skills.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., Notion, Confluence).
