You'll own the creation and maintenance of Harvey's Help Center, empowering customers to self-serve effectively. Your work will directly improve the support experience and ensure every article reflects a consistent, trusted voice. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to keep content aligned with product launches and customer needs.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Create and maintain Help Center articles and how-to guides.
  • Revise content alongside product releases for accuracy.
  • Translate complex workflows into step-by-step documentation.
  • Enhance articles with visuals and consistent formatting.

📋 Requirements

  • 3-4+ years creating knowledge content for SaaS products.
  • Experience working in fast release cycles within a startup.
  • Background in customer service or support workflows.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills for non-technical audiences.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Light graphic design or multimedia editing skills.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., Notion, Confluence).
  • Experience with AI-driven workflows.
