Description

As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will manage retailer relationships on Instacart's platform, drive growth strategies, implement operational processes, and lead cross-functional projects. You'll work with internal teams and external partners to deepen partnerships and shape market presence.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of account management experience
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Experience with large data sets and business insights
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage relationships with retail partners
• Develop strategic plans to meet partner needs
• Lead cross-functional implementation of strategic plans
• Lead launch process for new partners, including catalog setup, marketing, and operations
• Perform data analysis to drive growth strategies and execution plans
