💼 About This Role

You'll be part of Roku's Operations Planning team, focusing on hardware products. You'll build and maintain production plans based on sales demand forecasts and drive supply-demand balance across teams. This role offers the chance to advance digitization and AI adoption in supply chain processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain production build plans based on sales forecasts
• Lead weekly sales forecast and build plan reviews
• Review supply commitments and identify gaps and excess materials
• Drive supply-demand balance with Sales, Finance, and Operations
• Lead S&OE/S&OP meetings for hardware products

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• 3–5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or S&OP
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and ERP/planning systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Anaplan)
• Strong analytical background in data modeling and reporting, with hands-on AI tool use (e.g., Claude)

• Experience in operations planning, data science, or quantitative business roles
• Experience with overseas manufacturing partners or contract manufacturers
• Experience working in multi-site, virtual contexts, including coordination with China teams
