💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing the best customer experience and help train new recruits. You'll use your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales and assist with daily operations. This role is at BoxLunch, a pop culture retailer that donates meals to Feeding America.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
