💼 About This Role

You'll lead the legal team at Field AI, shaping strategy at the intersection of AI and robotics while enabling rapid commercial expansion. You'll partner with the CEO and CFO to handle novel legal questions and scale the function globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate enterprise contracts for construction, energy, and federal sectors.
• Navigate cross-border regulatory requirements for robotics deployment.
• Develop IP strategy for Field Foundation Models and proprietary robotics.
• Lead legal aspects of fundraising and venture capital financings.

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor from top-tier law school.
• In-house General Counsel or senior legal leader experience.
• Experience with international regulatory frameworks and IP management.
• Experience in fast-paced AI/robotics company environment.
