Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 0-2 years food service experience in long-term care preferred
• Must have good attendance and a positive attitude
• Ability to follow Universal precautions and infection control
• Maintain resident rights and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up menu items according to standards
• Serve hot and cold food items on tray line according to tickets
• Restock cafeteria and serve meals to residents courteously
• Scrape trays, load/unload dish machine, hand wash pots/pans
• Maintain kitchen sanitation including floors, walls, equipment
