You'll own and scale paid search as a core customer acquisition channel, managing Google Ads and YouTube Ads campaigns end-to-end. Your impact includes optimizing CPA, ROAS, and revenue growth in a data-driven environment. This role offers significant ownership and autonomy.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own and optimize day-to-day performance of Google Ads and YouTube Ads
  • Develop and execute paid search strategies including keyword strategy and bidding
  • Build and manage a structured experimentation roadmap for paid search
  • Analyze full-funnel performance data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with creative and growth teams to improve conversion rates

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience
  • Demonstrated success scaling paid search while optimizing CPA and ROAS
  • Strong analytical skills with GA4 or similar analytics platform experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting

  • Experience with Northbeam or similar attribution tools
  • Knowledge of AI-driven changes in paid media ecosystems
