💼 About This Role

You'll lead web funnel optimization for a consumer subscription product in a fast-growing portfolio. You'll own the growth process from hypothesis to execution, driving conversion rate and LTV improvements through A/B testing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and implement hypotheses to improve conversion rate and LTV.
• Run a robust A/B testing roadmap for web funnels.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and UA teams.
• Lead agile ceremonies including daily standups and planning.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of growth product management in B2C subscription models.
• Proven experience with web funnel optimization.
• Ability to define, run, and analyze A/B tests for web funnels.
• Experience with B2C subscription models.
