💼 About This Role

You'll lead RMS implementations for public safety agencies, overseeing solution design, configuration, and go-live support. You will drive user adoption and translate product capabilities into real-world workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end RMS implementations including design, configuration, testing, and go-live
• Configure workflows, forms, and data structures within configurable platforms
• Translate customer business requirements into technical configurations and user workflows
• Deliver training sessions and product demonstrations to technical and non-technical audiences

📋 Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience as a product consultant or implementation specialist
• Experience with configurable or low-code platforms including form building and workflow configuration
• Hands-on experience delivering software implementations from setup through launch
• Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Suite
