💼 About This Role

You'll act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Revenue Officer and Merchant leadership, shaping pricing strategy and merchant economics at a time of significant scale and integration with DoorDash. You'll lead a high-performing team, drive cross-functional impact, and embed AI into workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the Merchant F&S team
• Partner with commercial leaders on major contract negotiations
• Design and scale pricing frameworks across markets
• Drive integration of Merchant financials into DoorDash systems

📋 Requirements

• ACA / ACCA or equivalent qualification
• Significant experience in high-growth startup or fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to use big data for commercial decision-making
• Proficiency in building financial models in spreadsheets

• Experience with DoorDash or Wolt integration
• Experience embedding AI into finance workflows
