๐ผ About This Role
You'll manage existing customer growth for sub-500 employee accounts in the Benelux region, driving upsell opportunities for Okta's identity platform. You'll build a sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and foster long-term customer relationships.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Develop and execute territory action plan
- Qualify sales opportunities using Okta's methodology
- Manage negotiations of commercial terms and agreements
๐ Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Track record selling SaaS/cloud to complex organizations
- Experience in value-based selling at C-Level in sub-500 employee accounts
- Ability to travel approximately 25%

- Understanding of Identity Access Management and SSO
- BSc/BA degree or equivalent
