You'll manage existing customer growth for sub-500 employee accounts in the Benelux region, driving upsell opportunities for Okta's identity platform. You'll build a sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and foster long-term customer relationships.

  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Develop and execute territory action plan
  • Qualify sales opportunities using Okta's methodology
  • Manage negotiations of commercial terms and agreements

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Track record selling SaaS/cloud to complex organizations
  • Experience in value-based selling at C-Level in sub-500 employee accounts
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%

  • BSc/BA degree or equivalent
