๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll own the enablement motion for the Startups team at Brex, building training, content, and programs that help reps win. You'll partner across Sales, Marketing, and Product to sharpen messaging and drive real revenue impact.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design and execute sales training programs for the Startups team
  • Create and maintain sales enablement content like playbooks and battle cards
  • Partner cross-functionally with PMM, Marketing, and Product
  • Support onboarding programs for startups new hires

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales enablement or related field
  • Experience developing and delivering sales training programs
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, LMS, and other enablement tools
  • Strong project management and communication skills

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Forward thinking about how AI will change enablement
  • Experience selling to or enabling sellers for finance/accounting teams
  • Intermediate understanding of B2B payments and risk management
