💼 About This Role

You'll own the platform operator experience for Union, from evaluation to day-2 operations. You'll drive a visible step-change in onboarding and deployment for enterprise AI/ML platform teams. This role offers high independence working directly with CEO and engineering leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own evaluation and onboarding flows for platform operators
• Define distribution and packaging strategy (Helm, upgrades)
• Build diagnostics and observability tooling for operators
• Engage directly with enterprise customers for discovery and feedback

📋 Requirements

• 4-5+ years of technical product management on developer tools or infrastructure platforms
• Deep ML/AI orchestration domain knowledge (Flyte, Airflow, Kubeflow etc.)
• Proven track record shipping opinionated experiences for technical users
• Ability to influence without authority across engineering and customer-facing teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience shipping infrastructure products into customer clouds (BYOC) or on-prem
• Prior software engineering background in infra/platform/SRE/DevOps
• Hands-on experience with ML/AI workflow orchestration tools as a builder or power user
