🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor system performance and resource utilization
• Install and upgrade z/OS operating system software
• Implement and verify backup and recovery procedures
• Provide guidance to application programmers on system issues

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Mainframe Systems Programmer
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM z/OS in an enterprise environment
• Deep understanding of JCL, DASDM, catalogs, and VSAM
• Experience with SMP/E, system upgrades, and maintenance processes

✨ Nice to Have

• Programming experience in Assembler, Rexx, Python, C, or PL/I
• Familiarity with mainframe security tools like RACF
• Experience with cloud backups
