Description

You will provide expert legal advice and support on global compensation, pay transparency, and pay equity matters, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk for a leading global technology company. You'll collaborate with Legal, HR, Total Rewards, and analytics teams to develop policies and manage regulatory issues across the U.S., UK, EU, and other jurisdictions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in employment law, compensation and benefits law, or related practice area
  • Strong knowledge of global pay transparency, pay equity, and compensation compliance regulations
  • Proven track record advising clients on complex employment or compensation-related legal matters in multinational organizations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Juris Doctor degree and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction

Responsibilities

  • Drafting and advising on compensation-related policies and frameworks
  • Providing legal guidance on pay transparency, pay equity, salary disclosure, equal pay, and compensation compliance
  • Collaborating with Legal, HR, Total Rewards, and analytics teams on compensation initiatives
  • Managing compensation-related legal and regulatory issues for a multinational technology client
  • Staying ahead of regulatory changes (EU Pay Transparency Directive, UK gender pay gap reporting, U.S. salary disclosure laws)
