• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs timely and professionally
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning
• Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to maintenance team

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of apartment maintenance or skilled trade experience
• Valid Driver's License
• EPA/HVAC Certification
• CPO Certification
