💼 About This Role

You'll own the delivery of networking feature sets within the IaaS product portfolio at Crusoe, an AI infrastructure company. You'll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Data Center Operations, keeping engineering unblocked and delivery predictable. This role offers the chance to shape execution structures in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of networking feature sets within IaaS products
• Translate backlogs into structured timelines and surface blockers early
• Track dependencies between networking and adjacent workstreams
• Engage early in feature lifecycle to define acceptance criteria
• Build lightweight execution structures like standups and dashboards

📋 Requirements

• Data center networking fluency (frontend/backend fabric, VPC networking)
• 3-6 years as a Technical Program Manager in an infrastructure context
• Experience at a hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, Google, Meta, OCI) or neocloud
• Proven ability to ship infrastructure products from build side

• Experience owning feature delivery within an IaaS product team
• Familiarity with NVIDIA networking platforms or similar at-scale fabrics
