💼 About This Role

You'll join Verkor's Process Assembly team in a new Gigafactory to oversee cell assembly processes like Notching and Stacking. You'll take ownership of one area, optimize automated processes, and reduce costs to help shape low-carbon battery manufacturing for European mobility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in commissioning assembly equipment for the Gigafactory
• Collaborate with product engineering to optimize assembly processes
• Improve automation levels to reduce investment and operating costs
• Perform root cause analysis for assembly process defects

📋 Requirements

• Bac+5 engineering degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or materials
• 2 years industrial experience in high-volume manufacturing with automated systems
• Statistics and data analysis with Python, Matlab, or Minitab
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
