🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and markup engagement letters for deal teams
• Advise on public transaction proxy disclosures and relationship letters
• Monitor active mandates coordinating across Operations and banking teams
• Evaluate AI tools and advise on responsible legal implementation

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admission to State Bar of California
• 5-7 years of experience at a leading law firm
• Experience in M&A or M&A litigation
