🎯 What You'll Do

• Accompany clients on errands and appointments.
• Assist with everyday tasks like meal preparation.
• Participate in community integration activities.
• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, etc.).

📋 Requirements

• At least one year of verifiable work experience with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a client's home/community.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Compliance with state/local mandates and BAYADA policies.

• Experience with personal care assistance (dressing, grooming).
• Certification as a Direct Support Professional (DSP).
• Availability for morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.
