You'll build and scale technical recruiting from scratch at a mission-driven healthcare startup. You'll partner with engineering leadership to hire top engineering, data, and product talent, directly impacting product velocity and national expansion. This role offers the chance to shape Abby Care's technical employer brand and grow into a talent function leader.

  • Hire across engineering, product, data, design, and technical operations.
  • Build a multi-channel sourcing engine tailored to technical talent.
  • Design interview loops, assessments, and evaluation processes.
  • Partner with leadership on role priorities and hiring plans.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
  • Proven ability to source and close senior technical talent
  • Experience running 8โ€“10+ active technical requisitions simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of engineering concepts and product development cycles

  • Experience with Ashby ATS
  • Background in high-growth startups
