Description

As a Solutions Consultant, you'll partner with Global Payroll sellers to drive sales strategy, demonstrate our payroll platform to clients, and gather feedback for product teams. You'll act as a subject matter expert, creating tailored proposals and enabling sales teams on technical aspects.

Requirements

• 5+ years related experience with Bachelor's; or 3+ years with Master's
• Pre-sales or consulting experience with global payroll
• Excellent understanding of distributed workforce and HRIS
• Strong sales acumen and communication skills
• Fluent English; German or French a plus

Responsibilities

• Define and execute sales strategy for Global Payroll solution
• Provide tailored demonstrations, proposals, and presentations
• Develop playbooks and sales materials
• Translate client needs into scope of work for implementation
• Provide feedback to Product teams on market needs
