💼 About This Role

You'll join the Identity and Access Management team to build secure authentication services for Doctolib's platform. You'll lead large-scale migrations of authentication journeys with zero-downtime rollouts. You'll collaborate across teams to deliver user-first solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop secure authentication and authorization services at scale
• Design OIDC authentication flows on Keycloak
• Lead large-scale migrations of authentication journeys
• Build high-performance backend features with Java/Kotlin and Springboot

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong backend development skills with Java or Kotlin
• Experience with distributed systems
• Willing to learn Ruby on Rails

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with React frontend development
• Fluent in German
• Experience with event-driven architectures like Kafka
