You'll join Flexport's talent community for future Operations roles. You'll be responsible for executing the shipment lifecycle for Ocean and Air shipments, ensuring data integrity and proactively minimizing delays. This is a fast-paced role with potential for international experience and growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute ocean and air freight shipments from booking to final delivery.
• Maintain communication with transportation and warehousing partners.
• Ensure shipments move on time and exceptions are handled appropriately.
• Validate booked shipments and track client shipment status.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's/Associate's degree OR 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Google Suite/Microsoft Suite (Sheets/Excel).
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
