💼 About This Role

You'll lead daily store operations at a key training location under an experienced manager. You'll supervise and coach a team while driving sales and customer service excellence. This role offers rapid growth potential in a fun, cookie-focused environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and coach 2-5 team members during shifts
• Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires
• Support manager with ordering, inventory, and scheduling
• Ensure baking, uniform, and policy standards are met

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail
• Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff
• Ability to work 4-5 day work week including mid-to-late shifts
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US
