You'll service and repair commercial HVAC package units on Cell Tower Sites for Pearce Services, a leading asset management provider. Your work ensures critical cooling systems for telecom infrastructure, with extensive travel and independent work. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems on cell towers
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Perform out-of-season upgrades and maintenance
• Respond to service calls including emergency call outs

📋 Requirements

• EPA Universal Certification (Level 2 or Universal)
• 3+ years commercial HVAC maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle safely
• Availability for after-hours and weekend call outs
