You'll design user-centered solutions for autonomous surface vessels at a leader in maritime autonomy. You'll collaborate with engineering and DoD stakeholders to create intuitive, functional designs from concept to iteration. This role is ideal for a versatile designer passionate about high-tech, impactful projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own design execution from discovery to implementation
• Shape end-to-end experiences for critical operator workflows
• Maintain high craft standards and evolve platform experiences
• Balance short-term tactics with long-term strategic pursuits

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of industry experience
• High attention to detail and mastery of visual and interaction design craft
• Online portfolio demonstrating multimodal experiences
• Ability to articulate the why, process, and impact of your work
