• Support org design studies on span of control and team distribution
• Create data automations and internal data flows

📋 Requirements

• SQL proficiency
• Experience with data visualization tools like Metabase or Power BI
• Strong analytical reasoning and structured thinking
• Ability to transform data into executive storytelling
