Description

You will lead the technical implementation and optimization of our incentive compensation management platform, ensuring accurate calculations and efficient workflows. You'll collaborate with Revenue Operations, Data Engineering, and Finance to translate compensation designs into scalable system configurations.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience implementing or administering ICM platforms (Xactly, Varicent, Anaplan)
• Strong SQL, data integration, and system configuration skills
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into system logic
• Experience managing data pipelines and ensuring data quality
• Excellent documentation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ICM platform implementation and configuration including plan modeling, crediting rules, and payout calculations
• Translate compensation plan documents into system logic and ensure accurate, auditable outputs
• Design and maintain system workflows for plan changes, exceptions, and adjustments
• Build and maintain integrations between ICM and source systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS, billing platforms)
• Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure for compensation dashboards and attainment tracking
