You'll assess patients' mental and physical health, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications for a community health organization. Your work directly expands access to mental healthcare for underserved populations via telehealth. This role stands out with no on-call or weekend shifts and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on treatment plans
• Conduct individual psychotherapy and prescribe psychotropic medications
• Monitor patient medication usage and side effects
• Document patient history and treatment in EHR

📋 Requirements

• 2 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Board-certified PMHNP license
• Experience in Addiction and Mental Health
• Experience with EHR and timely documentation

• Spanish-speaking proficiency
• Previous telehealth experience
