You'll lead the design and delivery of automation solutions for large-scale health systems and enterprise partners. You'll own implementations end-to-end, from discovery to go-live and expansion, acting as a trusted technical advisor. This role sits within a high-performance implementation pod that directly influences Tennr's go-to-market and product strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations, from discovery to post-go-live
• Align cross-functional teams and manage project delivery risks
• Conduct operational audits to identify workflow gaps
• Design scalable solutions using Tennr's platform and APIs

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS delivery or solution design
• Strong understanding of APIs, systems integration, and technical architecture
• Proven ability to lead complex technical engagements with large enterprise customers
• Business acumen and domain fluency in healthcare or similarly complex industries

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with workflow automation or RPA platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato)
• Background in consulting or solution architecture
• Experience in startup environments or scaling delivery functions
