You will own the pipeline and ARR targets from strategic association and commercial partners, designing referral and resale programs while managing key relationships. You'll drive joint business planning, enablement, and co-marketing to maximize mutual value in the youth sports sector.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Partnerships, Channel Sales, Business Development, or Alliance Management (preferably B2B SaaS)
  • Track record of driving measurable revenue through channel partners
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and partner management platforms
  • Experience within youth sports or sports association ecosystem preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline and ARR targets from partner portfolio
