Description

You will join the EconomyGO Academy to develop skills in game economy design and live-ops. You'll balance economic systems, build models, analyze data, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver features for the hit mobile game Monopoly GO!

Requirements

• Recent graduate or ~1 year experience in Product Analytics, APM, or Game Design
• Strong quantitative background (degree in Physics, Math, Business)
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL or Python a plus
• Comfortable in fast-paced live game environment
• Based in Barcelona and able to work hybrid (3 days in-office)

Responsibilities

• Design and balance game economy systems
• Build economic models using Excel or Python
• Solve analytical challenges for progression and offers
• Co-own execution of economy features with pod leads
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Art, Design
