• Develop and execute growth marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets
• Manage complex marketing funnels and A/B testing frameworks
• Leverage marketing automation and analytics to optimize campaigns
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience focusing on growth or demand generation
• Proven track record driving growth in crypto, fintech, or regulated industries
• Direct management experience leading marketing teams
• Expertise in ABM, SEO, SEM, marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools
