Description

You will provide comprehensive legal guidance on employment matters across the APAC region, focusing on Philippines labor law. You'll advise on employee lifecycle issues, represent the company before regulatory bodies, draft employment documents, and ensure compliance with local laws. This role is critical to supporting Payoneer's global workforce management business unit.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's or LLM preferred
• 4-5 years hands-on experience in Philippines employment and labour law
• Deep knowledge of Philippines labour laws and regulations
• Strong drafting skills for employment documentation
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide employment law advice across the employee lifecycle in the Philippines
• Lead employee relations matters including terminations and disciplinary processes
• Represent company before DoLE and NLRC
• Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and separation documents
• Ensure compliance with statutory obligations under Philippines Labour Code
