You'll gain hands-on, immersive experience in emergency medicine alongside credentialed veterinary technicians at a nationally expanding ER hospital. You'll engage in real patient care from triage to inpatient, exploring whether emergency medicine is your future career path.

- Learn from top emergency veterinary professionals
- Shadow and assist with triage, diagnostics, anesthesia, and inpatient care
- Practice skills required by your schoolβs proficiency checklist
- Experience teamwork and pace of emergency care
π Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an AVMA-accredited veterinary technology or nursing program
- Enrolled in a course that requires externship hours or skills
- Current rabies vaccination or titer
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg on own
