You'll lead a remote-first sales team at QA Wolf, the top-rated QA solution on G2, driving revenue and scaling high-performing AEs. Your core impact is coaching reps to quota and closing complex, technical deals. This role offers a base salary of $150K-$200K plus stock options and a remote-first culture.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Coach and develop an eight-person sales team through mentorship and deal support.
- Attract, hire, and retain top AE talent to consistently exceed quota.
- Own revenue targets, forecast accurately, and drive pipeline growth.
- Join customer calls, attend events, and close complex, technical deals.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years managing AEs in a high-velocity SaaS environment.
- 5+ years as an Account Executive with a track record of exceeding quota.
- Proven ability to coach reps to quota and career progression.
- Located in the Western US in specified states.
