You'll lead on-site operations for building projects in Brussels, coordinating teams and subcontractors. You'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role offers high visibility within a multidisciplinary group.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate teams
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and progress
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Lead site meetings and lean planning sessions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Construction Management
• Minimum 5 years' experience in site supervision for building projects
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards (VCA, ISO)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
