Requirements
- 8+ years B2B enterprise sales experience with consistent quota attainment
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder deals with legal and procurement frameworks
- Strong financial literacy and ability to leverage ROI data for business cases
- Executive presence with consultative selling skills and bias toward action
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments and collaborative mindset
Responsibilities
- Execute aggressive outreach to penetrate Fortune 1000 prospects using channel partners
- Translate electrification solutions into ROI-based business cases for C-level stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams through multi-stakeholder sales cycles and RFP processes
- Cultivate long-term relationships to expand from pilots to national rollouts
- Maintain accurate 180-day rolling forecasts in Salesforce
