🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end execution of multi-team engineering programs
• Develop detailed program plans, timelines, dependency maps, and risk registers
• Track and report program health, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and sequencing across engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years delivering complex technical programs in large-scale organizations
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• Technical fluency in system architecture, APIs, data flows, and SDLC/DevOps
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior leaders
