• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Create buzz through product promos, social media, and BOPIS/curbside
• Manage shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules
• Merchandise store using planograms and launch promos on time

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• Skills in communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, scheduling, merchandising)
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and lift up to 50 pounds
