You'll embed compliance into Time & Attendance project delivery for a global HR platform. You'll translate country-specific labor laws into system controls and governance. This role offers full remote flexibility across Western Europe.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed compliance reviews into T&A project lifecycles
• Translate legislative requirements into system configuration rules
• Serve as central compliance point of contact for T&A initiatives
• Coordinate audit responses and prepare compliance documentation

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with global payroll T&A systems (Workday, UKG, ADP, Ceridian)
• Strong understanding of T&A compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
• Ability to interpret labor legislation and translate into operational controls
• Experience coordinating audit responses in multi-country environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements influence on T&A configuration
• Project management experience embedding compliance into agile frameworks
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
