💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end credentialing for BCBAs and RBTs across all contracted payors, ensuring clinicians start on time and families get access to care. You'll partner with HR, Training, and Clinical teams to build scalable credentialing processes and act as KBH's primary payor contact. This role drives data-driven process improvement to reduce delays and improve first-pass approval rates.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing for BCBAs and RBTs
• Compile and submit credentialing applications via payor portals
• Maintain live tracking system with real-time application status
• Coordinate with HR, Training, Clinical, and Scheduling teams

📋 Requirements

• Credentialing or provider enrollment experience in healthcare
• Hands-on experience with CAQH, NPI, and payor portals
• Proven ability to build or improve credentialing processes
• Comfort analyzing credentialing data to surface patterns

✨ Nice to Have

• ABA provider credentialing experience with BCBAs and RBTs
• CentralReach experience
• Familiarity with Medicaid MCOs or TRICARE
