💼 About This Role

You'll join a dynamic team developing Mainspring's Linear Generator technology, a breakthrough in flexible, clean power generation. Your core impact will be building prototypes and troubleshooting assemblies in a hands-on R&D environment. This role offers the chance to directly influence the design of next-gen energy solutions. No marketing fluff.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and test components for generator prototypes.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical assemblies with engineers.
• Conduct inspections and document findings on test units.
• Identify and implement safety and efficiency improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on mechanical assembly or repair experience.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, bore gauges).
• Ability to work onsite in Menlo Park, CA.
• Experience with automotive or heavy equipment assembly preferred.

• Metal fabrication skills.
• Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) from California.
