Description

You will play a key role in delivering NICE CXone software features by driving, planning, and standardizing software development activities from concept to completion. You'll collaborate with Product Management to turn market requirements into actionable work items for engineering teams, serve as a Scrum Master, and coordinate releases.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters in CS, IT or related field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years project leadership in cross-functional environment
• 8+ years hands-on experience in a key software development lifecycle role
• 8+ years defining and launching products
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, serving as Scrum Master preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management to break down backlog items into technical requirements
• Drive and lead development teams to deliver features on schedule and within budget
• Perform Scrum Master role for multiple teams
• Identify resource conflicts and facilitate course corrections to meet milestones
• Coordinate Release Management to schedule and drive releases across environments
