💼 About This Role

You'll deliver high-quality infusion therapy and monitor patient responses in an outpatient setting. As a Float RN, you'll travel to multiple clinics, ensuring consistent patient care. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to personalize treatments and support patients through their journey.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver on-site and virtual supervision for infusions and injections
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor treatment responses
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and side effects
• Maintain accurate records in EHR and ensure compliance with HIPAA/OSHA

📋 Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• Experience with infusion therapy and specialty biologics
• Proficiency in EHR systems and clinical documentation

✨ Nice to Have

• PALS certification
• Background in ambulatory infusion center or outpatient specialty clinic
• Experience with ultrasound IV skills
