💼 About This Role

You'll own the infrastructure that makes Doss run, building systems and processes across the employee lifecycle. You'll partner with Recruiting, Finance, Legal, and leaders to create scalable processes that are rigorous yet lightweight, enabling a fast-moving company to keep up. This role sits at the intersection of every People function and reports directly to the VP, People & Talent.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and run end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding.
• Serve as primary contact for employee immigration, managing cases with outside counsel.
• Own ticketing system, triage inbound requests, and improve self-service resources.
• Manage HRIS data integrity and build workforce analytics for decision-making.

📋 Requirements

• 4-8+ years in People Operations at a high-performing organization.
• At least 2 years managing and developing direct reports.
• Elite project management skills and ability to build systems from scratch.
• Deep fluency with HRIS systems, preferably Gusto.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with global compliance programs.
• Background in change management for new system rollouts.
• Familiarity with vendor management for EOR and compliance tools.
