You'll facilitate remote group therapy sessions for adolescents and young adults using evidence-based modalities. Your core impact is delivering personalized, virtual behavioral health treatment to clients with complex needs. This role offers flexibility with part-time hours and comprehensive training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate group therapy sessions following Charlie Health curriculum
• Respond to email and Slack communication within 48 hours
• Attend weekly Treatment Team and biweekly Group Supervision
• Complete treatment documentation within 24 hours of session

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in mental health or related field
• Experience working with youth and young adults
• Availability late afternoons and evenings weekdays 3-8pm MT
• Ability to conduct effective telehealth sessions

• Certification in DBT, CBT, EMDR, or MI
• Experience with group treatment
