You will support a team of attorneys in personal injury litigation, managing cases and communicating with clients, providers, and opposing counsel. Your role involves drafting legal documents, conducting research, and assisting with trial preparation.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of legal litigation experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (3 years required)
• Experience drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
• Familiarity with FileVine or similar case management systems preferred
• Personal injury experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from start to finish
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and interrogatories
• Conduct legal research and provide written analysis
• Communicate with clients, providers, and opposing counsel
• Assist with trial preparation and attend trials and hearings
