💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end technical delivery for enterprise customer implementations, working directly in Amplitude's product codebase. You'll submit PRs, ship customer-specific solutions, and build reusable patterns that make every successive engagement faster. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success, with a focus on shipping working software and feeding structured signals back to Product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own enterprise implementations end-to-end from sales to post-deployment validation.
• Work directly in product codebase, submit PRs, and ship customer-specific solutions.
• Build reusable patterns and playbooks to accelerate future engagements.
• Feed structured signals back to Product by translating customer pain into actionable feedback.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with customer-facing technical engagements.
• Architect reusable solutions and mentor other engineers.
• Operate autonomously across 4-6 concurrent customer engagements.
• Hands-on experience shipping software in customer-facing contexts.

✨ Nice to Have

• Fluency with event schemas, data pipelines, APIs, SDKs, and integrations.
• Experience establishing an AI-native engineering workflow.
• Track record of building cross-functional trust with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Engineering.
